All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for a monetary refund under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Product damaged by customer

  • Delayed delivery (due to courier or unforeseen events)

 we may allow exchanges and refund in the case of:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product received

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at fashnary@gmail.com with photos and your order details. Items must be unused and in original condition.
